Job Title: Process Governance and Audit Expertise

Role Overview:

As a seasoned Process Governance and Audit Expert, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of compliance and risk management within our organization. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and exceptional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Audit Support: Provide end-to-end support for audits, including coordination, documentation, and follow-up to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery.
  • Record Management: Maintain accurate and current records, policies, procedures, and controls across all compliance frameworks to guarantee transparency and accountability.
  • Artifact Collection: Collect and organize audit artifacts, ensuring completeness and accuracy to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Team Collaboration: Serve as a link between internal teams and auditors, fostering smooth communication and timely responses to drive project success.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in process governance and audit readiness to stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of networking concepts and operations, with familiarity with audit frameworks (ISO 20000, ISO 27001, BCMS, SOC 2).
  • Documentation and Organizational Skills: Excellent documentation and organizational skills to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities to facilitate collaboration and resolve conflicts.
  • Process-Oriented Mindset: A process-oriented mindset with attention to detail to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery.
