Job Title:
Financial Governance Expert

As a Financial Governance Expert, you will be responsible for developing and implementing robust financial management systems across the region. This role combines hands-on execution with strategic oversight, covering reporting, governance, compliance, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee cash flow, statutory accounts, forecasting, and preparation of regional financial statements.
2. Consolidate financial data and deliver timely reports to support business reviews and leadership decisions.
3. Coordinate with auditors to ensure compliance with external and internal audit requirements.

Requirements:
Ideal candidate should have a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; professional certification (CPA, CMA, or equivalent) preferred. At least 10 years of finance experience with exposure to multinational or regional operations. Strong technical knowledge of IFRS/GAAP and financial/management reporting standards. Experience in ERP implementation and process improvement projects. Exposure to operational or supply chain finance is an advantage. Analytical and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and communication skills. Able to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams and markets.
