Job Title: HR Intern/Trainee

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Administrative duties involve supporting daily operations and ensuring a smooth work environment.
  • Assist in managing HR systems, including Timesheet Management, to ensure timely and accurate record-keeping.
  • Handle Work Pass matters with precision, from application to renewal and issuance.
  • Issue necessary stationery to new staff and collect documents from resigning employees.
  • Support performance appraisals by providing administrative assistance.
  • Contribute to Employee Engagement initiatives and support company events.
  • Play a vital role in onboarding and maintaining employee records.
  • Coordinate training and development activities to enhance employee skills.
  • Manage HR administration tasks, including evaluations, employment certifications, and other essential documents.
  • Offer support in internal policies, compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, and learning & development.
  • Align HR work with the management's direction through strategic planning.
  • Create an exceptional employee experience and work environment.
  • Monitor daily attendance and update staff records in the HRMS system.
  • Oversee inventory management of pantry items and stationery.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Meticulousness, responsibility, and high integrity are expected.
  • Team players with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
  • A positive working attitude and proactive approach are essential.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office/365 is necessary.
  • IHRP certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
