Roles & Responsibilities

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Support the Regional Head of HR Asia on matters relating to staff enquiries such as recruitment, HR policy and benefits, and other staff administration services.
- Support HR projects such as employee engagement survey, recognition programs, policies review etc
- Manage the training function to identify training needs, target groups and prepare training plans, including evaluation of training effectiveness and necessary reports for improvement.
- Work with external training providers to organise in house and external training for Singapore and Hong Kong office
- Manage new hire orientation program and onboarding process for Singapore and Hong Kong office
- Manage student internship/graduate program
- Content management for HR Portal on social media platform
- Assist in statistical surveys by government institutions and statutory boards
- Provide support on HR administrative duties
- Support and implement other related projects as needed
**Your Profile**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience working in the field of Human Resources; prior HR experience in the Financial Institution sector is a plus
- Disciplined in performing job, able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with HR processes
- Good presentation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent internal and external stakeholder management skills
