Job Title: E-commerce Operation Specialist

E-commerce operations specialists play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of e-commerce platforms. They are responsible for processing user reservation-related data, addressing and resolving various data issues, and analyzing daily operational data and statistics.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork. They should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as English, foreign trade, computer science, Internet studies, marketing, or e-commerce.
  • At least 1 year of experience in the Internet or e-commerce industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and propose solutions.
  • Excellent communication and expression skills, with fluency in English and Chinese.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
