Job Title: Innovation Facilitator

Drive business innovation and growth through strategic partnerships, workshops, and events.

The Innovation Facilitator plays a critical role in accelerating our company's growth strategy by driving innovation to unlock business value for clients. We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Innovation Facilitator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-impact workshops and events.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for innovation.
  • Communicate complex ideas and strategies to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements:

  • 3–6 years of professional experience in client-facing roles such as innovation program management, presales workshops, event/workshop management.
  • Proven experience in workshop and events management (virtual/physical/hybrid) from end-to-end planning and facilitation.
  • Confident presentation and facilitation skills, comfortable engaging to a large audience and stakeholders up to C Suite levels.
  • Strong team player with good communication skills.
  • Experience in managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Startup mentality & thinking out of the box to see moving parts from multiple angles, constantly challenge the norms, and arrive at the most effective way to help the team solve problems.
  • Passionate about Technology.
  • Comfortable in multitasking, working on a few client workshops planning in parallel.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Software (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint).
  • High level of attention to details and being able to think and act on the feet.
  • Experience in engaging with Innovation Ecosystem is a bonus.
  • Experience in UI/UX and Design Thinking is a bonus.
  • Experience in Consulting practices is a bonus.
