**RESPONSIBILITY**:

- Oversees several systems in the hotel, such as eVouchers system and chatbot
- Provides guidance to users for efficient usage of such system to achieve increased productivity via automation
- Acts as main contact between users and IT and/or system vendors
- Work with various user department to refine the workflow and usage of the system
- Produce user guides
- Monitor the KPI for the system
- Assists in testing new functionalities, coordinates and implements process flow and functional improvements.
- Assists in discovering new innovations to improve operational productivity and/or service excellence

**QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS**:

- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to produce presentations and reports
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrate initiative and ownership of tasks and projects with particular attention to quality and timing of the deliverables.
- Degree/Diploma in Business Administration and/or Hospitality preferred
