**Job Duties & Responsibilities**
- Re-engineer APAC Global Logistics and Distribution (GLD) operations, from a structural and process point of view, with focus on innovative and automation
- Evaluate commercial, operational and financial impact of proposed changes
- Collaborate with APAC partners in sharing experience and use cases
- Facilitate Continuous Improvement Plan (e.g. Operations, IT, Finance, Program Management etc.)
- Coordinate Proof of Concept (POC) and accelerate deployment timeline, Innovation and Technology projects with initiators, vendors, service partners and academia personnel
- Explore and adopt new/pioneering technology to commercialize and introduce to market
- Participate in industrial trade shows and forums to exchange and promote Technology & Innovation (T&I)
- Coordinate with local educational institutions on internship program and research projects
- Develop initiatives to meet customer demands to enhancing revenue and profitability
- Demonstration/recommendation on automation to assist in new business engagement
- Manage Asia Pacific Innovation Centre (APIC) equipment, prepare demonstration to customers and visitors
- Conduct regular test runs and system updates to ensure they are up to date
- Conduct system testing, evaluation and collaborative work with internal stakeholders and vendors
- Setting up new Supply Chain tech equipment, robots, automated systems, Robotic Process Automation (RPA) bots and gadgets in the facility
- Facilitate & manage Asia Pacific Innovation Centre (APIC) for training/meeting purposes
**Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Industrial), Supply Chain, Computer Science or equivalent
- Possesses at least 3-5 years of relevant working experience
- Matured and demonstrate strong analytical skills and logical thinking
- People oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work collaboratively with different stakeholders
- Energetic, resourceful, good working attitude and positive mindset
- Independent and pro-active with the ability to work with mínimal supervision
