Job Title

Senior Manager, Innovation Technology

As a Senior Manager, Innovation Technology, you will lead the refinement of technological offerings for the potential marketplace in partnership with our team and hospital. You will strategize, create and drive technology development that results in the creation of intellectual property, owning and leading the Product Development cycle end to end.

You will plan technology roadmaps for strategic areas of innovation in womens and pediatric health, develop devices to a Minimal Viable Product stage, and co-lead regulatory preparation and risk management of medical devices with partners. Additionally, you will co-lead technology portfolio work with technology assessments and curation for best-in-class solutions, support project management of selected partnerships to ensure successful delivery, and promote an effective collaborative relationship to foster staff engagement and partnership in promoting safety culture through multidisciplinary and cross functional teams involvement in projects and reviews.

To succeed in this role, you must have a Master in Engineering / Science / Business Administration or Degree in Engineering / Science / Business Administration, with at least 7 years of experience in medical technology innovation. You should hold corporate patents as main inventor or co-inventor, preferably adopted in marketed products. Your experience in designing and delivering products to commercial markets is essential, as well as your ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to emerging trends.
