Job Title: Strategic Technology Innovation Leader

We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to drive our company's technology strategy forward. As a Strategic Technology Innovation Leader, you will be responsible for spearheading the development and implementation of innovative solutions that meet our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement cutting-edge technology strategies to drive innovation and growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with CxO-level stakeholders to ensure alignment and support.
  • Design and develop high-performance systems and proof-of-concepts (POCs) to recommend improvements.
  • Maintain compliance with industry best practices and frameworks such as Well-Architected and Cloud Adoption.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and teams to translate strategy into actionable roadmaps.
  • Promote technical papers and reports, and improve existing processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science.
  • 4-5 years of experience in enterprise systems, with 2-3 years in cloud architecture on platforms such as Azure, GCP, or AWS.
  • Hands-on experience in DevOps, Cloud Migration, App Modernization, ML, or Serverless technologies.
  • Knowledge of Kubernetes, Kafka, and cybersecurity principles.
