We're seeking an innovative and forward-thinking leader to drive our technology strategy.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully launching and scaling data-driven digital products, with expertise in data architecture, analytics platforms, and visualization tools.

  • Achieve business impact by leading end-to-end product development from ideation to launch, to adoption, and ongoing enhancements and optimization.
  • Conceive and conduct user research, interviews and surveys, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability, accessibility and translating them into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mock-ups and prototypes.
  • Design the overall functionality of the product, ensure a great user experience, and iterate in accordance with user-testing.
  • Prioritize features based on business impact, technical feasibility, and business value.
  • Develop and track product KPIs to measure success and inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
  • Minimum 10 years working experience in relevant fields preferred.
  • Experience in Asset Management or Investment Firms, and knowledge of investment products and instruments will be an advantage.
  • Experience with Investment Management systems such as Simcorp or Alladin and their data model hierarchy will be a plus.
  • Knowledge of Snowflake, Airflow SQL, Python, Tableau, Qlik or other data tools.
  • Strong understanding of data architecture, analytics platforms, and visualization tools.
  • Must be excited about collaborating and communicating closely with teams and other stakeholders in an agile manner.
  • Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and stakeholders.
  • Passionate about resolving user pain points through great design.
  • Have a great love for people, design, data and tech.
  • Open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.
  • Possess knowledge in the industry's latest trends and technologies.
