Job Title: Technology Innovation Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Technology Development Technical Manager to join our organization. This individual will be responsible for leading the development of novel BCD platform devices, conducting TCAD device simulations and deck calibration, designing, analyzing, and laying out device test keys, performing device bench testing including DC/HV/reliability testing and characterization, fine-tuning devices to ensure timely delivery and successful reliability qualification, communicating with customers and internal cross-function teams to fulfill technology requests, proposing design rules and design test structures to quantify new processes and devices, and problem-solving new technology developments.

  • Device Development: Develop novel BCD platform devices, conduct TCAD device simulations and deck calibration, design, analyze, and lay out device test keys, and perform device bench testing including DC/HV/reliability testing and characterization.
  • Technical Communication: Communicate effectively with customers and internal cross-function teams to fulfill technology requests and provide regular updates on project progress.
  • Design and Analysis: Propose design rules and design test structures to quantify new processes and devices, and participate in the development of technical specifications and requirements.
  • Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot complex technical issues and develop innovative solutions to improve device performance and reduce production costs.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in Microelectronics, Electronics, Electrical, Physics, or other relevant fields.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in BCD development, with a strong background in semiconductor device physics and analysis.
  • Skills: Proficient in both oral and written English, with excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with the team.
Qualifications
  • Solid Semiconductor Device Physics and Analysis Skill: Strong understanding of solid-state device physics and analysis, with a focus on bipolar and power devices.
  • BCD Device Development Experience: At least 10 years of experience in BCD (Bipolar-CMOS-DMOS) device development and characterization.
  • TCAD Simulation and Calibration Experience: Hands-on experience in TCAD simulation, calibration, layout, and power device bench testing.
  • Communication and Teamwork Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with the team.
