Job Title: Technology Innovation Leader

This role reports to the Chief Technology Officer and is part of a team looking to define the role of technology in primary healthcare. The ideal candidate will be exposed to the multifaceted challenges of the job and work closely with stakeholders to deliver a shared vision of healthcare.

About the Role:
  • Drive innovation in product development, ensuring excellence in project delivery and measurable business outcomes.
  • Oversee security and compliance, implementing cybersecurity measures to protect organizational data and systems.
  • Develop and maintain relevant policies for the organization.
  • Maintain supplier information and relationships to deliver necessary support to business needs.
  • Lead IT training and development initiatives for the organization.

The Successful Candidate Will Have:

  • 7-10 years of prior experience in Healthcare Technology.
  • Graduate degrees or experience in Medical Informatics preferred.
  • Data driven and passionate about product success and adoption.
  • Experience working with and managing offshore teams.
  • Understanding of IT compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001), Data Protection frameworks (GDPR, HIPPA, PDPA), Data Standards (HL7, FHIR, OMOP).
  • Familiarity and understanding on ITSM and ITIL will be a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Innovation & Product Development:
    • Define and drive the product lifecycle of current owned products under the group.
    • Responsible for product realization in project delivery.
  • Information Technology:
    • Security and compliance: oversee the implementation and maintenance of cybersecurity measures to protect organizational data and systems.
    • Policy and procedure management: develop, maintain, update, and implement relevant policies for the organization.
    • Supplier and contract management: maintain relevant supplier information and relationships to deliver necessary support to business needs.
    • IT training and development: develop, maintain, update, and conduct relevant IT trainings for the organization.
  • Leadership:
    • Lead and grow the technology team to drive overall roadmap and adoption of owned products.
    • Provide leadership to portfolio companies and assist/advice on their technology/product roadmap.
    • Lead change management for existing assets and potential assets for acquisition.
    • Assist cross functional efforts in assessment of IT readiness.
    • Stakeholder management: work with internal and external stakeholders to drive business objectives.
