The Head of Technology & Innovation must have a clear vision for the role of AR, MR and VR within the company. He/She plays a vital role in driving business growth and expansion by identifying opportunities, developing strategies, building relationships, and generating revenue. They are responsible for fostering the company's success and ensuring its long-term competitiveness in the market.

- **Business Development**
- **Product development and management**

The central focus is the management of product development, from concept to market launch. This requires a deep understanding of the technical aspects of XR and the respective platforms, as well as a feeling for user needs and behavior. The Head of Technology & Innovation must ensure that the products developed are not only technically innovative, but also user-friendly and market relevant.
- **Team leadership and interdisciplinary collaboration**

As a leader, it is crucial to effectively lead a multidisciplinary team and ensure that everyone involved is working towards a common goal. The area of

responsibility includes managing the technology partners, project teams, setting clear goals and milestones and ensuring a productive and creative working atmosphere.
- **Project Management**

Strong project management skills to oversee multiple training initiatives simultaneously. Ability to coordinate resources, timelines, and stakeholders efficiently.
- **Market observation and innovation**
- **Budgeting and resource management**

Managing the budget for XR projects requires careful planning and allocation of resources. The Head of Technology & Innovation must be able to calculate the return on investment (ROI) of XR projects and justify investments.
- **Technology Integration**

Leverage modern learning technologies and platforms to enhance the accessibility and effectiveness of training programs.
- **User experience and community engagements**

The work of a Head of Technology & Innovation is dynamic and requires constant learning and adapting to new technologies and market developments. It is a role that requires not only technical expertise, but also creativity, visionary thinking and strong leadership skills. The Head of Technology & Innovation must be able to bridge the gap between technology and users to create truly transformative experiences that fully leverage the potential of AR, MR and VR.

**Minimum Qualifications**
- **XR Expertise**:Proven track record in developing and managing XR technologies, with a deep understanding of AR, VR, MR, and XR ecosystems.
- **Industry Experience**:Minimum of 10 years of experience in the technology sector, with a strong focus on XR and related fields.
- **Leadership**:5+ years of experience in C-level management roles, demonstrating exceptional leadership and strategic thinking skills.
- **Government Relations**:Established connections with government agencies and a proven ability to navigate regulatory landscapes.
- **Education**:Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, engineering, business administration).

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Over 15 years of combined experience in technology and management roles.
- Experience in setting up and managing large-scale XR labs in multiple industries.
- Experience in enterprise software / SaaS preferred
- International experience and/or multicultural skills would be a plus
- Experience working on government-funded projects.
