We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations for the production and delivery of precast concrete products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, preferably in building materials and manufacturing.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the production process to ensure timely, efficient, and cost-effective delivery of precast concrete products.">
  • Manage and coordinate all manufacturing activities to meet quality standards and safety regulations.">
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of supervisors, technicians, and operational staff to achieve business objectives.">
  • Plan and optimize resource allocation, including workforce, equipment, and raw materials, to maximize productivity and minimize costs.">
  • Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective actions promptly.">
  • Collaborate closely with sales, logistics, and technical teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.">

Requirements:

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.">
