Senior Building Façade Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Facade Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and refining façade designs, ensuring they meet the client's requirements and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- To design and develop facade shop drawings, concept drawings, and fabrication drawings that meet the client's approval.
- Collaborate with architects, consultants, and clients to resolve design issues.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Report to the Design Manager on project progress and any challenges encountered.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in local facade construction and familiarity with curtain wall systems, including unitized and stick type.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in design work.
- Proficiency in BIM software is preferred but not mandatory.
- Able to work under pressure and deliver tasks within tight schedules.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
Design & Technical Skills:
- Experience in drawing and drafting software such as AutoCAD.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop).
Soft Skills:
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
