Responsibilities of a façade designer includes:

- Develop system design concepts according to Architect's / Facade Consultant's contract drawings and specifications.
- Ensure timely preparation of shop-drawings, cut-lists and manufacturing drawings.
- Plan, Implement and monitor design development and shop-drawings production schedules.
- Ensure product design development cost within budget constraints Qualities that a competent façade designer engineer should have:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have relevant experience in Facade engineering especially in unitized curtain wall
- Good designing skills coupled with keen eye for drawings and details
- Ability to evaluate façade design and propose potential value engineering and cost savings
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural, Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
