Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned design professional to lead our design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in façade design and excellent leadership skills.

As Design Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire design process. This includes executing façade design works, ensuring compliance with required standards and specifications, and coordinating effectively with internal stakeholders and external consultants.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive design strategies that meet project requirements and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless design execution and minimize delays.
  • Conduct regular design reviews to ensure quality standards are met and identify areas for improvement.
Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in façade design, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, and other relevant software.
