Experienced Façade Project Manager Job

We are seeking an experienced Façade Project Manager to lead the planning, implementation, and completion of multi-million dollar façade packages within required timeframes and top-tier quality standards. This role will manage technical complications and on-site installation progressions, ensuring that all projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in managing aluminum / glazing facades projects, with a deep understanding of facade drawings and QA/QC codes. They will also possess excellent interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities, with a proven ability to deliver quality products within tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead project teams to plan, implement, and complete façade projects within specified timelines and budgets
  • Manage technical complications and on-site installation progressions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Collaborate with suppliers and installers to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
Requirements:
  • Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Project Management
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in façade project management, preferably with a focus on aluminum / glazing facades
  • Strong knowledge of facade drawings and QA/QC codes
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
