Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our multi-million dollar façade package projects in Singapore. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned project manager to contribute to the success of our clients.



As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and completing façade projects within the required time, budget, and quality standards. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and achieve operational efficiencies.

Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Developing and managing project plans, timelines, and budgets;
  • Leading and coaching a team of professionals to deliver high-quality results;
  • Liaising with suppliers, installers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction;
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports to inform project decisions;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and innovation;

Requirements

You must possess:

  • A degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Project Management;
  • Strong experience in managing aluminum/glazing façades projects;
  • An excellent understanding of facade drawings and QA/QC codes;
  • A proven track record of delivering quality products within budget and time constraints;
  • Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities;


Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary range between $120,000 and $180,000 per annum, inclusive of benefits.
