We are seeking a Marketing Effectiveness Director to join our team at Porsche Asia Pacific Pte Ltd. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for reviewing industry best practices and using customer insights and analytics to identify organisation-wide improvement opportunities and present these to management.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, management studies or a relevant other degree, with a minimum of 3+ years of relevant working experience, preferably in the luxury and/or automotive industry.

We are looking for a highly motivated team player with strong project management and data analytical skills, as well as an aptitude for technology and systems. Fluency in written and spoken English is a must, with additional regional language skills being advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review industry best practices
  • Use customer insights and analytics to identify improvement opportunities
  • Presentation of findings to management

Requirements:
