Strategic HR Leader for Regional Growth

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Strategic HR Leader to spearhead our human resources function across the APAC region.
About the RoleThis key leadership position is responsible for driving strategic advice to leadership, managing key stakeholders, and overseeing core HR operations to facilitate business growth and compliance.
- Develop and implement effective HR strategies aligned with regional goals;
- Provide strategic input and collaborate closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders;
- Cultivate a high-performing team by promoting employee engagement, growth, and efficiency through targeted initiatives and projects;
- Manage regional payroll and oversee compliance with local labour laws and regulations;
- Lead regional compensation and benefits initiatives and alignment;
- Partner closely with senior leadership to align human resource strategies with business objectives and workforce planning, including succession planning;
- Offer guidance and support to various business units and projects for resource and budget planning;
- Oversee other assigned functions outside of HR, such as office management, quality, and vendor management.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree or diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field;
- At least 10 years of experience, with 5 years of leading a team;
- Strong experience managing regional HR teams and functions;
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage strategy and operations;
- Ability to multi-task and manage different projects and objectives;
- Strong organisational skills, as well as communication and interpersonal skills.
