Business Growth Leader

We are seeking an experienced business growth leader to drive business expansion by identifying new opportunities, building strategic relationships, and negotiating deals. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of market dynamics, excellent communication skills, and experience in leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies that align with our vision and objectives.
  • Identify, evaluate, and secure new business opportunities across diverse markets and sectors.
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with clients, partners, stakeholders, and industry influencers.
  • Negotiate and close business deals to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyse market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to refine our business strategies.
  • Represent us at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the business development team.

Requirements

  • Strong academic background in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • 7-12 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Excellent understanding of market dynamics and business strategy.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software and business productivity tools.
