Job Title: Freight Forwarding Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage freight bookings, tracking, and general inquiries. As the primary point of contact for customers, you will build strong relationships through timely updates and proactive communication.

The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of freight documentation and customs regulations, as well as hands-on experience with billing and invoicing systems. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential in this fast-paced logistics environment.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding freight bookings, tracking, and general inquiries
  • Build strong relationships with clients by providing timely updates and proactive communication
  • Work with operations teams, vendors, and carriers to ensure on-time pickup, transit, and delivery
  • Monitor shipments and provide real-time status updates
  • Handle customer concerns professionally, aiming for swift and effective resolution
  • Prepare, review, and manage documents such as MAWB, HAWB, DG Declarations, and bills of lading
  • Ensure all shipping documents comply with customs and regulatory requirements
  • Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with the finance team to resolve discrepancies or adjustments
  • Assist the sales team with client follow-ups, rate quotations, and post-booking coordination
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Diploma, Degree, or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years in freight forwarding, logistics, or customer service, preferably in airfreight
  • Strong knowledge of freight documentation and customs regulations
  • Hands-on experience with billing and invoicing systems
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
