Job Title: Advertising Business Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to assist in managing business communications with advertising channels, such as Facebook and Google Ads.

  1. Assist in setting up, configuring, and settling accounts with advertising suppliers, ensuring accurate documentation and contract management.
  2. Help ensure data accuracy related to mobile advertising, support billing processes, and aid in account settlement tasks.
  3. Provide support in daily operations and credit line management under the guidance of an Account Manager.
  4. Assist with app operations, including publishing apps to Apple Store and Google Play.
  5. Support administrative tasks as needed and perform additional flexible tasks assigned by the Account Manager.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or above.
  • Ability to assist in business communications with advertising channels under supervision.
  • Willingness to learn and ensure accuracy in data related to mobile advertising and billing processes.
  • Basic familiarity with enterprise ERP systems and mobile advertising platforms (e.g. Zendesk, Facebook, Google Ads).
  • Good organizational skills and a focus on accuracy in handling tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive attitude.
  • Preferred fluency in English and basic Mandarin to support internal and external stakeholders.
