Are you a seasoned advertising professional with a knack for building strong relationships with clients? We are seeking an experienced Client Manager who can drive our clients' success by delivering tailored AI advertising solutions.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and serving as the primary point of contact. You will understand their business goals and advertising needs, and collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative solutions that meet their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Portfolio Management : Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely delivery of advertising projects and meeting client expectations.
  • Advertising Solutions : Develop and implement tailored AI advertising solutions that meet clients' business goals and advertising needs.
  • Project Coordination : Coordinate the execution of advertising projects, ensuring they are delivered within budget and meet client expectations.
  • Campaign Analysis : Monitor and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns, providing regular reports to clients and recommending optimizations based on data insights.
  • Sales Opportunities : Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our AI technology and advertising solutions to existing clients.

Requirements:

  • Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience in the advertising industry or with TikTok platform operations.
  • Language Skills : Fluent in both English and Chinese, with the ability to use them as working languages for communication with clients and internal teams.
  • Communication Skills : Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational Skills : Strong organizational and project management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with advertising concepts, processes, and metrics.
