Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to join our team as a Senior HR Executive - Compensation. This role involves overseeing payroll processing, compensation, and benefits administration for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage payroll processing, including salaries, benefits, and statutory reporting.
  • Prepare and submit statutory documents, such as CPF submissions and government-paid leave claims.
  • Track attendance records and manual attendance records for payment computation.
  • Maintain employee records and leave administration within the HR system.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in HR and Compensation & Benefit functions with hands-on payroll experience.
  • Proficient in using HRMS (Prosoft) and Microsoft Office applications.
