We have an exciting career opportunity for the position of Human Resource Senior Executive and invite industry professional to join us in our mission.

Job Description:

  • Support the smooth running of day-to-day HR operations, including talent acquisition and retention, payroll administration, and stakeholder interactions.
  • Perform other HR duties as assigned by the HR Manager.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
  • 5 years of progressive HR management experience within a private education institution is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore's statutory regulations and standards (e.g., CPF, IRAS, Employment Act).
  • Demonstrated expertise in HR management, workforce planning, and analysis, forecasting and budgeting.
  • Ability to effectively plan and coordinate the execution of business plans.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Ability to be operationally hands-on, possess a proactive mindset, and remain committed to delivering results within stipulated timelines.
  • Ability to demonstrate strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • 6-month contractual position offering a clear pathway to permanent employment upon achieving satisfactory performance.
