If you possess a Diploma/degree or equivalent in Human Resource, proficient in Microsoft Office, meticulous and good team player, able to handle Chinese speaking staff, you are welcomed to apply for the following position: -

Senior Human Resource Executive

  • Manage full spectrum of HR including Recruitment, Training, payroll and benefits & compensation
  • Develop, implement, review, and update HR policies in line with organizational objectives and legal requirements
  • Partner with hiring managers to facilitate the recruitment and selection process, including creating and posting job descriptions, screening candidates, and conducting interviews
  • Collect, organize, analyze and provide real-time insights on HR metrics such as attrition, turnover, tenure, performance, and engagement to support decision-making processes
