The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Housekeeping department and ensuring that our hotel maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise the Housekeeping team to ensure that all areas of the hotel are maintained to the highest standards.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure that all rooms and public areas are cleaned to a high standard.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all areas of the hotel are clean and well-maintained.
  • Respond to guest complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all guest needs are met.
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure that all Housekeeping staff are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or degree in hospitality or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a Housekeeping management role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of cleaning procedures and protocols.
