Instrumentation Systems Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Instrumentation Systems Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Lead Engineer in monitoring and controlling various systems related to instrumentation and telecommunications.
The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the proper implementation of engineering designs, procurement, fabrication, installation, and commissioning phases of offshore facilities such as compressors, pumps, and valves.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and upgrade existing instrumentation systems to ensure they meet operational and maintainability standards.
- Review engineering designs and specifications to ensure they align with project requirements.
- Collaborate with contractors to monitor and evaluate bid proposals and vendor compliance with project specifications.
- Participate in design reviews including HAZOP, HAZID, SIL, and 3D model reviews to ensure design integrity.
- Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Control Systems.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in control and instrumentation systems, preferably in offshore oil and gas projects.
- Strong understanding of offshore communication systems, process control interfaces, and experience with pre-commissioning and commissioning of instrument and telecom equipment.
- Familiarity with engineering design principles, proficiency in office software, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) and ability to work in multinational teams.
