Job Title: Technical Specialist in Electrical and Instrumentation Systems

Vaccine manufacturing is a highly regulated industry that requires precision and attention to detail. As a Technical Specialist in Electrical and Instrumentation Systems, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of all instruments used in the process of manufacturing.

The successful candidate will have expertise in electrical and instrumentation systems, including installation, testing, and troubleshooting using and maintaining PLCs, BMS, EMS, HMIs, and PCS systems. You will also have knowledge of calibration and validation of instrumentation devices used in vaccine manufacturing.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technical professional to join our team and contribute to the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the maintenance and operation of electrical and instrumentation systems.

Responsibilities include managing and performing maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical systems, ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations, and maintaining all electrical systems in good condition at all times.

As a key member of the team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of digital technologies within the facility's electrical and instrumentation infrastructure.

You will also be responsible for providing technical support during the initial operation of the facility, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring minimal downtime during the startup phase.

We are looking for a skilled and experienced professional who can demonstrate leadership and project management skills, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

Requirements include related Diploma or ITE or Advanced Diploma from an accredited technical institution, minimum 3-8 years' experience in operation, maintenance and calibration in Electrical and Instrument field & pharmaceutical manufacturing plant experience, and good knowledge and understanding of Singapore standards code of practice SS 650 and SS 638.

Certification in calibration or a related field is desirable, as well as demonstrated experience in managing the transition from greenfield projects to operational readiness.

Key Qualifications include Proficiency in in Electrical and instrumentation systems, Expertise in the calibration and validation of instrumentation devices used in vaccine manufacturing, knowledge of electrical safety standards and regulatory requirements, and Knowledge to Interpret electrical/Instrument symbols/ SLD, P&ID, AFD and schematic diagrams.

• Good Knowledge and understanding of Singapore standards code of practice SS 650 and SS 638, calibration & operation principle of various type of instruments as well as cGMP guide and relevant maintenance standards.">
• Having LEW grade 7 is added advantage.">
• Demonstrated experience in managing the transition from greenfield projects to operational readiness.">
• Certification in calibration or a related field is desirable.">
