Job Overview

The Building Services team plays a vital role in creating energy-efficient, sustainable buildings that are cost-effective and safe to construct and operate.

We design innovative mechanical and electrical solutions that minimize resource use, offering world-leading expertise and collaborative approaches to skill development and professional excellence.

This opportunity involves leading the delivery of mechanical design solutions for building projects locally and internationally, working across sectors such as Education, Commercial, Healthcare, Retail, and Critical Systems.

You will lead a team of expert engineers and technicians, collaborating closely with colleagues from various disciplines to manage technically-excellent and profitable projects.

Your role includes developing new client relationships, maximizing satisfaction, and ensuring repeat business. You will motivate and inspire less experienced engineers using your expertise and determination.

A Chartered Engineer with a degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering, you have extensive experience in Mechanical Engineering within a building services context. You are proficient in relevant design software including Revit, IES, CYMAP, and/or Hevacomp.

You have demonstrated ability to manage multiple large-scale projects and teams, delivering results that exceed client expectations. Your passion for creative design is essential, particularly in data center/critical systems projects.

Effective communication and project management skills are vital due to the collaborative and client-focused nature of this role.

  • Mechanical Engineering degree
