Key Account Management Opportunity
This position plays a pivotal role in driving business growth by fostering strong relationships with key merchant partners. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of sales acumen, industry expertise, and interpersonal skills to effectively identify and pursue new business opportunities.
As a Senior Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing targeted outreach strategies to engage with potential clients, leveraging your existing network and portfolio of merchants to generate referrals and drive revenue growth. You will also collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide tailored solutions that meet their evolving needs.
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with key merchants to drive sales growth and expand market share.
- Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns to engage potential clients and promote WorldFirst's products and services.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including meeting notes, follow-up tasks, and sales performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and deliver exceptional service.
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and emerging trends to ensure continuous improvement and innovation in sales approaches.
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets through effective time management, prioritization, and negotiation skills.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives, business owners, and other decision-makers.
- A proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a focus on relationship-building and account management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop informed sales strategies.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
