Job Title: Outdoor Adventure Educator

The role of an Outdoor Adventure Educator involves designing and delivering high-quality, age-appropriate programmes across the 3–18 age range.

Responsibilities include leading safe, challenging, and memorable experiences for students of all ages. Additionally, contributing to Forest School (Nursery–Year 2), Outdoor Education skills within Junior School, and a range of co-curricular programmes captured under two pathways: Exploration and Outdoor Work.

Key Responsibilities include planning and delivering expeditions and Outdoor Education focused year group residentials, including the Duke of Edinburgh Award programme. Overseeing equipment management and storeroom organisation, and conducting weekly site visits to ensure readiness, safety, and quality of provision.

This role requires close collaboration with the Head of Department, Outdoor Education Coordinator, external providers, and wider school teams to ensure programmes are of the highest quality and align with educational philosophy.
