Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Adventure Guide to join our team. As an Adventure Guide, you will be responsible for ensuring that all patrons have a safe and enjoyable experience at the Rainforest Wild Asia site.

Our Adventure Guides play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. You will be working closely with customers of all ages and backgrounds, so excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

As an Adventure Guide, you will also be responsible for conducting safety briefings, managing customers on the course, and maintaining the course and its equipment. This includes performing opening and closing safety checks, ensuring that the course is safe for operations, and adhering to our Forest Adventure Safety Management System (SMS).

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Passionate about outdoors and work at height
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic First Aid is a plus
  • Great listener, communicator, and team player
  • Physically Fit
  • No experience needed; training will be provided
  • Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays (5 days' work week)
