- Developing standard operating procedures to run our outdoor adventure programmes, including the health and safety procedures.
- Recruitment and training, including developing a training programme to recruit and retain and onboard new staff quickly.
- Providing tenders, bids, quotes, and proposals for new revenue generating opportunities.
- Identify children and parents' needs; and maintain a high level of customer service delivery and satisfaction
- Sourcing, managing and maintaining the resources needed to deliver the programmes, to a budget.
- Ensure periodic checking of equipment, maintenance of premises and safe operations at all times
- Manage and follow-up enquiries from social media accounts, calls and walk-in customers.
- Designing our programmes to meet the needs and expectations of our customers.
- Conceive, plan and execute demand generation ideas to drive sign-ups
- Sourcing external collaborators who share our mission and add value to our programmes.
- Marketing, communicating, and administering the outdoor adventure programme
- Plan key activities such as Open Houses, workshops and other corporate events
- Ensure all risk assessments are up to date and continually managed
- Ensure effective delivery of outdoor programmes and activities
- Ensure adequate supervision of all outdoor activities
- Taking photographs and updating parents in session updates.
- Ensure that the property is well-maintained
- Provide regular review, evaluation and recommendations for the programme and curriculum.
- Maintain Forest Play’s website and social media
- Manage financial transactions and prepare budgets

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Preferably 3 years of managerial experience in outdoor/ adventure/ forest school setting
- Preferably have youth development, teaching or instructional experience, and an active sporting or outdoor background
- Qualification in Sport Management/ Sport Coaching/ Outdoor Adventure/ Forest School Learning is preferred
- Experience in working with children ages 4 to 14 years old
- Standard First-Aid & AED Certificate
- Ability to effectively use Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong situational and safety awareness to manage the well-being of participants
- Physical fitness and mental resilience to work extensively in an outdoor environment
- Passion for engaging with and developing children and youths
- Driving license
