Outdoor Education Specialist

This role offers a unique opportunity to inspire and enable students to access the outdoors for lifelong learning. The successful candidate will design and deliver high-quality programmes across the 3–18 age range, utilizing their experience in outdoor and adventurous environments.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent critical judgement, strong practical skills, and the capacity to work effectively under pressure. They will be responsible for leading safe, challenging, and memorable experiences for students of all ages, including contributing to Forest School, Outdoor Education skills within Junior School, and co-curricular programmes.

The role includes overseeing equipment management and storeroom organisation, conducting weekly site visits to ensure readiness, safety, and quality of provision. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Department, Outdoor Education Coordinator, external providers, and wider teams to ensure programmes align with educational philosophy and contribute to growth of outdoor education across campuses.
