Job Title: Channel Partnership Manager/Director

About the Role

The Channel Partnership Manager/Director is responsible for developing, managing and enhancing partnerships between publishers, clients, channel partners and external partners. This role focuses on identifying and managing relationships with publishers and strategic channel partners to increase footprint, audience and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate partnership agreements including revenue-sharing terms, performance incentives, audience sharing opportunities and growth initiatives.
  • Identify and engage high-quality publishers that align with content standards and audience goals.
  • Collaborate with partners to define key performance indicators, establish clear partnership goals and align growth strategies.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with channel partners acting as primary point of contact to foster long-term collaboration.
  • Develop and implement joint business plans with each channel partner to ensure alignment on objectives, deliverables and performance benchmarks.
  • Regularly evaluate partnership performance and identify optimization opportunities ensuring each partnership delivers maximum impact.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field and a minimum of 5 years' experience in partnership development, business development or a related role.

You will also require proven track record of successfully managing and growing agency and channel partnerships, familiarity with ad tech, digital publisher and digital marketing platforms and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Additionally, you will need strong negotiation and contract management abilities, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights and proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.

As a Channel Partnership Manager/Director, you will be working closely with marketing, sales and product teams to ensure agency partnership and channel initiatives are well-coordinated and facilitate cross-functional collaboration to maximize the value of partnerships.
