Job Title: Executive Fine Dining Restaurant Leader

At the heart of every successful restaurant lies a talented leader, and we are seeking an exceptional individual to take charge of our fine dining establishment.

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and skilled restaurant manager to join our team and drive our culinary vision forward. As an Executive Fine Dining Restaurant Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, from menu planning and inventory management to staff supervision and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
* P&L Management: Analyze financial results to ensure maximum profitability and make informed decisions to optimize revenue streams.
* Culinary Excellence: Collaborate with our head chef to create menus that showcase European, Mediterranean, Spanish, and French cuisine, ensuring consistency and quality across all dishes.
* Inventory Management: Implement efficient inventory systems to minimize waste and ensure timely restocking of ingredients and supplies.
* Staff Supervision: Lead and develop a high-performing team of kitchen and service staff, providing training and coaching to enhance their skills and confidence.
* Customer Experience: Foster a culture of excellent customer service, responding promptly to feedback and concerns, and consistently delivering a memorable dining experience.

Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience as a fine dining restaurant manager or sommelier.
* Proven track record of managing upscale dining establishments, with expertise in European, Mediterranean, Spanish, and French cuisine.
* Degree holder or relevant certification in hospitality management, culinary arts, or related field.
* Strong knowledge of wine and beverage service, including wine pairings and menu development.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
