We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in a fine dining establishment.

Nestled in the heart of the city, our restaurant boasts one of the best views of the metropolitan area, with a floor-to-ceiling panorama of the waterfront.

As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing service during meal periods and ensuring that customers are served in an efficient and friendly manner.

You will also be responsible for maintaining and ensuring cleaning and maintaining of the outlet to uphold hygiene standards.

In addition, you will conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company standards, workplace safety compliance, and SFA compliance.

Foster a team-working and friendly atmosphere among staff, and enhanced employee morale through regular performance evaluations, constructive feedback, and recognition of accomplishments.

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in Fine Dining restaurants or Luxury hospitality industry
  2. Proven record at Supervisory level in Fine Dining concepts
  3. Strong organisational skills and meticulous to details
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
