Our organization is seeking an expert in content governance to lead the development and implementation of policies that safeguard users and promote trust in our services.

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address abuse cases across various services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Policy Development: Lead discussions on emerging regulations and their implications on content governance landscapes.
  • Content Operations Management: Manage content operations and drive escalations of sensitive government requests by liaising with Product, Public Policy, Communications, and Legal teams.
  • Policy Implementation: Develop and launch policies and guidelines for handling volumes of requests based on different regional trends and legal issues.
  • Escalation Management: Participate in on-call rotation schedule to manage escalations that may occur outside of standard non-work hours.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in a policy, legal, regulatory environment, content review, Trust and Safety, or technology environment.
  • Fluent communication skills in English to support client relationship management.
  • Ability to work non-standard, on-call rotation work hours, including weekends.
