Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Content Governance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Content Ecosystem Operations team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective content governance strategies that promote a positive and engaging user experience.

Your primary focus will be on managing content safety moderation projects, designing reasonable strategies and goals based on business expectations, and working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely project implementation and goal achievement.

You will also be responsible for monitoring key project metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and making recommendations for process enhancements. Additionally, you will collaborate with various teams, including regional operations, data analysis, technology, and policy teams, to facilitate the progress of ecosystem governance projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A deep understanding of the content industry and community risk management principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively develop solutions by combining business forms and product logic.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
