Content Ecosystem Governance Specialist

\helpers provide end-to-end business results, including ecological governance and LIVE monetization. They ensure that the governance experience does not impact business growth. With the development and expansion of LIVE business, we also handle other projects such as agency governance, model solutions, and more. We need to evolve into a central role for scaled operations across LIVE, providing a one-stop solution for scaled projects through their lifecycle.

We leverage in-house and BPO resources to partner or integrate all business needs for high-efficiency and high-quality operations. Our team will accelerate ROI improvement methods for overall operations to balance cost and effectual output better in 2025.

  • Engage in LIVE content ecosystem governance system projects to improve overall governance effectiveness and outcomes of the ecosystem through human moderation strategies and operational mechanisms.
  • Manage content safety moderation projects, designing reasonable strategies and goals based on business expectations, working with upstream and downstream stakeholders to promote timely project implementation and achievement of targets.
  • Monitor key metrics of projects, deep dive on abnormal fluctuations, identify pain points, make resolution plans with stakeholders, and resolve top issues thoroughly.
  • Collaborate closely with relevant internal and external teams to manage external team needs and expectations, facilitating progress of the ecosystem governance project through collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above, with 2 years or more experience in content security governance or community ecosystem operations.
  • Deep understanding of the content industry, good community risk awareness, and high sensitivity to safety.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong capabilities in content identification, data analysis, and summarization, able to develop effective solutions by combining business forms and product logic.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work under pressure, capable of understanding various requirements and integrating resources for cross-departmental cooperation.
