Key Responsibilities
- Provide academic guidance and support to customers to help them achieve their goals.
- Develop and implement academic programs to enhance customer knowledge and skills.
- Identify and address customer pain points through effective problem-solving and conflict resolution techniques.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve academic programs and services.
Requirements
Minimum GCE O levels and above.
Proficient in English and Chinese.
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent listening and communication skills.
