Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about retail, customer service, and social media marketing. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their purchases, maintaining a tidy store environment, and hosting engaging TikTok LIVE sessions to showcase and sell products.

  • Fulfill Customer Orders & Customisation Requests: Package products for dispatch or self-collection, ensuring items are well protected and presented.
  • Retail Operation & Customer Service: Assist with sales floor upkeep, cashiering, and customer service on days when the studio is open.
  • Packing: Ensure items are well protected and presented.
  • Host Engaging TikTok LIVE Sessions: Showcase and sell products to a global audience.
  • Interact with Viewers, Answer Questions, and Drive Sales through Live Engagement: Utilize your communication skills to engage with viewers and drive sales.
  • Create and Schedule Engaging Content for Social Media Platforms: Develop and schedule content to enhance our online presence.
  • Stay Updated on TikTok Trends: Enhance live session effectiveness by staying up-to-date with the latest trends.
  • Daily Housekeeping Duties and Other Ad-Hoc Tasks: Perform daily housekeeping duties and complete other tasks as assigned.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • High Initiative and Positive Attitude: Be proactive and motivated to achieve goals.
  • Experience Hosting TikTok LIVE or Similar Selling Platforms: Have experience hosting live sessions and selling products.
  • Comfortable and Confident on Camera with Strong Communication Skills: Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Basic Knowledge of Computer Software and Social Media Platforms (TikTok, Instagram, MS Office, Google Softwares, Excel): Familiarity with computer software and social media platforms.
  • Creative Mindset with Ability to Make Engaging Content: Develop creative content to engage customers.
  • Training Provided: Receive training to develop skills.
  • Must be Able to Work on Saturdays: Availability to work on Saturdays.
