Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Assistant Manager to join our team at Conrad Singapore Orchard. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring exceptional guest service, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Operations: Supervise and coordinate the activities of the front desk team, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes, guest requests, and concierge services.
  • Guest Service: Provide exceptional guest service, responding to guest inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Revenue Growth: Maximize sales revenues through up-selling and marketing programs, promoting Hilton Honors and its associated benefits to guests.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train front desk team members, providing coaching and guidance to ensure they meet performance expectations.
  • Financial Transactions: Supervise financial transactions at the front desk, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Operational Challenges: Identify and resolve operational challenges, communicating with the Manager on Duty to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 3 years of front office experience in the hotel, leisure, and/or retail sector.
  • Commercial Awareness: Strong commercial/business awareness and demonstration of sales capabilities.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent supervisory, inter-personal, and communication skills.
  • Guest Service: A passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service.
  • Education: A relevant supervisory/management certificate/diploma or degree, preferred.
