At THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD., we are seeking a highly skilled Account Payable Executive to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing all receipts and payment cycle activities in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the billing system to ensure timely payments from customers
  • Process payments to vendors and reconcile outstanding credits
  • Generate, verify, and reconcile invoices, account statements, and credit/debit notes
  • Coordinate with sales, purchasing, and warehouse colleagues to ensure proper control over sales and purchase processes
  • Investigate and resolve any irregularities or discrepancies
  • Respond to customer, vendor, and auditor inquiries regarding finance
  • Maintain accurate bookkeeping records and prepare monthly accounting reports
  • Assist in streamlining and improving the accounts payable and receivable process
Requirements:
  • Degree or Diploma in accounting or equivalent fields
  • Minimum 2 years of accounting experience
  • Experience in handling large volumes of payments
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Experience in using MYOB accounting software
