The scope of this role encompasses meticulous planning, coordination, communication, and procurement of new laptops. It also involves change management, user training, and briefings/workshops for the rollout of our technology.

Responsibilities include planning and coordinating GSIB device replacement activities, timeline monitoring, and documentation support. The individual will also support laptop procurement through record-keeping, vendor liaison, and documentation management.

Change management activities will be executed by coordinating communications and stakeholder engagement sessions. Additionally, administrative support for technology training programs will be provided, including session coordination and materials management.

We are seeking a candidate with good writing and verbal communication skills who can effectively engage end-users. They should be diligent and meticulous in administration support on the procurement of new laptops.

The ideal candidate will have proficiency in working with Word and Excel spreadsheets, as well as a pleasant and customer-facing disposition to respond promptly and politely to users' queries.
