Job Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Laptop Repair Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough laptop hardware diagnosis and troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Disassemble and reassemble computer systems for repair, ensuring all necessary parts are replaced or upgraded as required.
  • Manage inventory of spare parts and ensure timely return of defective items.
  • Maintain accurate records of repair work completed and update status accordingly.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to prioritize project work and ensure compliance with established procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Test software thoroughly to guarantee optimal system performance.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 'O' Level or Higher Secondary qualification in Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in IT support roles, with expertise in troubleshooting and repair.
  • Proficiency in Windows OS, MS Office Suite, and other common desktop applications.
